Certified Nursing Assistants who are already on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry or who were told to register.
Entity Staff
Administrators, their delegates, or HR staff who represent a health care facility (NOT Direct Care Workers).
Health Care Employment Agency
Adminstrators or their delegates representing a Health Care Employment Agency.
Community College
Those working at an Iowa community college who administer a nurse aide education program (NOT students or Direct Care Workers).
Complaint Unit
Staff who work for the Complaint Unit of the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals.
DIA Staff
Administrators, bureau chiefs, program coordinators, or other designated support staff who work for the Department of Inspections and Appeals.
